Nominations for the first club night of the new season will be up and running from Monday 27th September.

If your child has nominated and you change your mind please email info@wilstonswim before midday Friday so we have time to rearrange races. 

Maximum of 4 swims only each night.
 To qualify for 100 Freestyle you must have already qualified for 50 Freestyle
 To qualify for 100IM you must be swimming 50m in 3 of the 4 strokes. 
Please check the Handbook for qualifying times for the other distance events.

If you child hasn't swum the qualifying time they will automatically be in a 25m race.  Once they qualify for the 50m they will always be in the 50m race.

The qualifying times are:
Freestyle 23 seconds
Backstroke 26 seconds
Breaststroke 28 seconds
Butterfly 25 seconds
